  22. TopSpeed 1.17 does not support windows at all - and since you generally 
  23. need specific compiler support, trying to program windows would likely 
  24. be an exercise in futility.

  26. However, the latest version of TopSpeed (version 3.1 I think) does 
  27. support windows - once in a while you'll see postings to this group from
  28. people who are using it to do just that...
